fire up the twin 90 h.p. Honda outboards. The radio is tuned to the weather station for any last minute changes mother nature may throw at you. Clearing the lines, you're underway. Bait fish begin to skip out of the way as you coast out of the marina. At the end of the no wake zone, the Captain throttles up to about 4500 rpms and slaloms through the channel marker buoys. The salt air is more noticeable now as you glide over the calm bay waters. The gulls are calling from behind the boat, looking for a free meal. You reach the bait shop and pick up a reserved box of grass shrimp, the life-blood of the trip and you're back underway. No time to waste, there are fish to be caught. The Captain throttles over to one of his favorite spots, anchors up and scoops a pint of grass shrimp before sliding the shrimp box back into the water. A pinch of shrimp chummed here and there, a few on the hook and you're free-spooling in the slick behind the boat. Your senses heighten as you see fish turning and boiling while the Captain feeds the frenzy. Eagerly watching your line, you see it jump and set the hook .....
