ABOUT THE CAPTAIN:
Dave DeGennaro is a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Captain. He has been coastal
fishing for the last 35 years. Twenty eight of those years have been spent grass
shrimping for weakfish in Barnegat Bay. No stranger to the blue waters offshore,
either, Capt. Dave has spent most of his life pursuing every species of Tuna
and the other closely related species.
Capt. Dave and the Hi Flier have been featured in many fishing publications over
the years including Salt Water Sportsman, The Fisherman Magazine, and the Asbury Park Press.
